Child Check in
Parents must check in their children at the check-in desk located in the lower level hallway. The volunteers would assist you in what is a quick, secure and efficient check-in to Kids Church and Childcare.
You will receive two different stickers—one for you and one to place on your child. These stickers enable us to page you during the Worship Service should we need your assistance. If that happens, your child's number will be displayed on the screens towards the front of the auditorium followed by your child’s room location. To retrieve your children at the end of the service, parents must present the correct number sticker that matches their child's sticker to the dismissal volunteer.
To protect all children, we ask that parents keep their child at home if they've experienced any of the following in the last 24 hours:
Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, severe or unusual rash, mucous from eyes, ears or nose, or an open or infected sore.
To promote a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we expect that children will:
Follow directions the first time they are given.
Not interrupt during the lesson or while others are speaking.
Stay in their seat unless given permission to get up.
Treat others with kindness.
Refrain from using inappropriate language.
We maintain a child to caregiver ratio that encourages a calm and controlled atmosphere, using a weekly routine that your child will respond to and know how to follow joyfully. All toys and surfaces are regularly sanitized and the classrooms are thoroughly cleaned for your child's protection.
